I’m Sarah Calderon, a long-time executive assistant, office manager, and team leader with over a decade of experience supporting senior leaders and building high-performing admin teams. I created Hey, EA! because I know how overwhelming this role can feel—especially when you’re just starting out and trying to figure it all out on your own. This platform is everything I wish I had when I was a new assistant: real training, real talk, and a supportive community that gets it.
